WHAT IS BUTT ACNE?

Most dermatologists agree that butt acne isn’t really acne. Instead, in many cases it is likely a mixture of sweat rash, folliculitis, carbuncles, and boils. In popular culture we refer to blemishes on the buttocks as, “butt acne.”
